Retail Customer Billing Cycle and Due Dates
  • 7th cycle bills due on 22nd of each month
  • 15th cycle bills due on the 30th of each month
  • 21st cycle bills due on 5th of each month
  • 25th cycle bills due on 10th of each month

Your first bill will have "Pro-Ration":
When you buy a monthly recurring plan on a date that is not the last date of that bill cycle, we charge you a nominal amount for the rest of the days in that month plus the rate for the next month so you will not receive more than one invoice. This will also keep the invoicing in the subsequent months in the beginning of each bill cycle. This nominal charging for the rest of the bill cycle is called pro-ration.

Voicemail
Dial *22 to access your voicemail when you are in the home calling area. If you are outside of the home calling area you can dial 1-800-493-7808.

Checking Minutes Used
If you need to check your minutes or text simply call Customer Solutions by dialing 611 right from the phone.

E-Pay
We offer E-Pay which will pull your monthly payment directly out of the account.  Please call Customer Solutions by dialing 611 and we will store your debit or credit card on file. You will never have to worry about your bill being paid on time again.

Your Account Online
You can view your account online from our website www.cellularoneoneline.com. Simply click on the "VIEW/PAY BILL" button at the top.

In order to enroll you must have your account number and token number. You will be able to view your monthly usage and call detail for free after you have signed up and bill out. If you sign up online you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.

Adding Minutes to Pre-Paid Phone
If you have a pre-paid phone you can add minutes anytime anywhere right from your handset. Simply dial *123 and choose option 2.

If you need to add money to another phone from your phone you can dial 1-866-631-3886 from a landline.

You can also dial Customer Solutions at 611 and we will be happy to transfer you.
