WHAT IS VISIONONE?
VisionOne is a federally-subsidized cellular telephone service available to qualifying
individuals within CellularOne's geographical area.
PROGRAM A:
Includes 600 minutes of local anytime airtime per month for a 40-month period. TOTAL ONE-TIME COST: $40. For this program you must live on qualifying tribal lands and you must be receiving benefits from one or more of these programs.

To be eligible for this program, you must live on qualifying Tribal lands and meet certain income requirements or be receiving benefits from one or more common government programs. Certain other restrictions apply. $40.00 cost includes a Nokia 2610 or equivalent. CellularOne® is a registered service mark of Cellular One Group. *Long distance is in addition to your local air time. ** Includes airtime. All prepaid minutes include applicable taxes. Money must be on account to call long distance, roam, or send a text message. ***Text message rate is for incoming and outgoing messages. Roaming only available on the AT&T Network. VisionOne initial local minutes are rated at $.15 per minute. The VisionOne Program Includes: (1) Voice Grade Access to the Public Switched Network (2) Local Usage (3) Dual Tone, Multi-Frequency Signaling or its equivalent (4) Single Party Service (5) Access to Emergency Services (6) Access to Operator Services (7) Access to Interexchange Service (8) Access to Directory Service (additional fees may apply) and (9) Toll Limitation (additional fees for long distance calls). Includes 350 minutes of local anytime airtime per month for a 38-month period. TOTAL ONE-TIME COST: $38. You must be receiving benefits from one or more of these programs and live on qualifying lands in Arizona or New Mexico.
