Return Policy

Service Contracts:

If our service has not met your expectations you may cancel service with 14 calendar days of purchase and will not be charged an early termination fee. Equipment purchases along with your service contract must be returned to any Cellular One location or you may ship the equipment * to the CellularOne Returns Center at the address below: (UPS, DHL, FedEx only)

However, if you cancel service after the 14 day return period your account will be charged an early termination fee up to $240. You will still be responsible for all applicable airtime fees, access charges, taxes, surcharges and any other charges applied to your account. Refunds will not be given for any activation fees paid. If applicable the equipment charge will be refunded only if phone is returned in a like new condition with all components (includes original box). If applicable your security deposit and/or equipment charge will be refunded by check within 60 days. The purchase price of your equipment may have been discounted to facilitate your subscription to the service. If you cancel service within the Return Period but do not return the equipment in good working condition, you will be charged the full retail price of the equipment minus the amount you paid at the time of activation. Before returning or exchanging any product that has data stored in its memory, please transfer all files you wish to retain to another file source. Once the product is returned, your files cannot be recovered.

Equipment condition must be verified by inventory before a refund will be allowed. Any refund amount will be applied towards customer's usage or access fees. Refunds are for serialized items only. Any additional charge for equipment will be on customer's final bill.

Usage Costs

You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to service cancellation including and not limited to airtime, roaming charges, data charges and all content downloads plus applicable taxes and fees.

Like-New Condition

You must return your equipment in its original package with all original contents undamaged and in good working condition to any CellularOne location.

Damaged Equipment

If you do not return the original equipment as stated above; or, if you return the equipment in damaged condition you will be charged the suggested retail price of the equipment which may be greater than the amount you paid.

Refund takes up to 60 days

If applicable your security deposit and or equipment charges will be refunded by check within 60 days.

Please Remove all personal information

Before returning or exchanging any product that has data stored in its memory, please transfer all files you wish to retain to another file source. Once the product is returned the files cannot be recovered.

Verification of Equipment Condition

Equipment condition must be verified by the distribution department before a refund will be allowed. Any refund amount will be applied towards customer’s usage or access fees. Refunds are paid for serialized items only. Additional charges for equipment will be on customer's final bill.

Equipment Returns:

If you purchased Merchandise at a CellularOne store, and it does not meet your expectations you may return it to a CellularOne store or the CellularOne Return Center within 14 calendar days from the date it was purchased.

  • An original proof of purchase (receipts or invoice) is required with your return.
  • Please remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before returning your equipment. CellularOne is not responsible for any equipment containing personal information.
  • Return the equipment (device, battery, charger, manual and software, etc.) in the manufacturer’s original packaging along with the receipt/invoice.
  • Equipment must be in like-new condition with no visible damage. Phones subject to neglect, misuse, water damage, unreasonable wear and tear, and the like, are not eligible for any return or exchange program.
  • If you purchased your equipment at Cellularoneonline.com or by phone, you may return the equipment to any CellularOne store or it can be shipped to the CellularOne Return Center at the address below:

  • Retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records.
  • Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping charges may apply.
  • The return and equipment refund process may take up to 60 days.
  • There is a restocking fee of $35.00 for all returned equipment.
  • This program does not cover lost or stolen phones. These policies do not limit or supersede any existing manufacturer’s warranties.

All phones are unlocked GSM 850/1900, we do not make any guarantees that the phone will work with your provider.

When you place your order on CellularOneOnline.com, shipping charges will be included in the total shown on your screen. At CellularOneOnline.com, we charge actual shipping rates.

All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless specified. For your convenience, CellularOne does offer a variety of shipping options.

Returns:

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

Damaged Items:

In case of damage to any of your items, please report it to us immediately.
