Warranty Centers

Effective June 1st 2013, our warranty process has changed. We are no longer accepting equipment for warranty until a visual inspection has been completed on the device. Please bring your handset to one of our 7 Warranty Centers: Chinle, Farmington Store, Gallup Store, Holbrook, Show Low, Tse Bonito, & Tuba City

Upon evaluation, the Warranty Center agent will be able to give you the options available. Please be advised that a Manufacturer’s Warranty covers defects from the factory. Damage caused through normal wear and tear, exposure to liquids, or overloaded memory or viruses from after-factory apps are not covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. No replacement equipment will be provided until the Warranty process is completed; approximately 10-14 days.
